POOMALA GARDEN

Poomala is situated six Km. east to M.G.Kavu junction.It has become an attractive tourist spot because of its natural beauty.There are 2 natural lakes- poomala, and Pathayakund. Poomala garden is situated on the banks of poomala dam. There is a single stone rocky hill called ‘Cheppara’ with a ‘Muni mada’beneath it.From its top ,we can see the wide panorama of Thrissur.
